The Correlation between ICU Nurses' Custody Information Management Level and Scientific Research Ability

目的:了解ICU护士监护信息管理水平和科研能力的现状,并分析两者间的相关性。方法:采用一般资料调查表、监护信息管理水平量表和科研能力自评量表,对温州市3所三级甲等医院共144名ICU护士进行问卷调查。结果:ICU护士监护信息管理水平总分为(22.08±0.37)分,科研能力总分为(53.29±12.17)分,两者Pearson相关系数为0.535(P<0.05),ICU护士学历、监护信息敏感性为科研能力的影响因素。结论:ICU护士的监护信息管理水平与科研能力存在正相关性。

[Objective]To understand the current status of ICU nurses’monitoring information management and research capabilities,and to analyze the correlation between the two variety.[Method]A total of 144 ICU nurses from three third-grade hospitals were surveyed by using the General Information Questionnaire,the Monitoring Information Management Level Scale,and the Scientific Research Self-Assessment Scale.[Result]The total score of ICU nurse monitoring information management was 22.08±0.37,and the total scientific research ability was 53.29±12.17.The Pearson correlation coefficient was 0.535(P<0.05).ICU nurse education and'Guardian information Sensitivity'are the factor of scientific research capabilities.[Conclusion]There is a positive correlation between ICU nurses’monitoring information management level and scientific research ability.
