全程健康教育在肠镜检查患者中的应用效果

Application Effect of Whole-Course Health Education in Patients Undergoing Colonoscopy

目的:探讨全程健康教育在肠镜检查患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2017年1-12月在我院行肠镜检查患者180例,将1-6月90例设为对照组,实施传统口头宣教;7-12月的90例设为观察组,实施全程健康教育。比较2组患者肠镜检查知识与态度得分、肠道清洁度和健康教育满意度。结果:肠镜检查知识得分,观察组为(37.29±4.86)分,高于对照组的(21.19±4.61)分(P<0.05);肠镜检查态度得分,观察组为(31.01±4.08)分,高于对照组的(22.42±4.36)分(P<0.05);肠道清洁度,观察组患者为87.78%。高于对照组的73.33%(P<0.05);健康教育满意度,观察组为96.67%,高于对照组的86.67%(P<0.05)。结论:开展全程健康教育,能够有效提高患者对肠镜检查相关知识的知晓率,提高检查质量和患者满意度。

[Objective]To discuss the effect of whole-course health education in patients undergoing colonoscopy.[Method]180 cases of the patients undergoing colonoscopy in our hospital between January,2017 and December,2017 were selected as research targets.90 cases of the first half of the year were named as the control group(n=90)and patients of the control group received traditional verbal health education;90 cases of the second half of the year were named as the observation group(n=90)and patients of the observation group received whole-course health education.A comparison was made between the two groups in the knowledge and attitude scores about colonoscopy,intestinal cleanliness and patients’satisfaction with health education.[Result]In the observation group,the patients’scores about colonoscopy were 37.29±4.86 which were obviously higher than those for the control group which was 21.19±4.61(P<0.05);the attitude scores for the observation group were 31.01±4.08 which were obviously higher than those for the control group which was 22.42±4.36(P<0.05);the intestinal cleanliness for the observation group was 87.78%which was obviously higher than that for the control group which was 73.33%(P<0.05);the health satisfaction rate for the observation group was 96.67%which was obviously higher than that for the control group which was 86.67%(P<0.05).[Conclusion]The whole-course health education for patients undergoing colonoscopy can effectively improve patients’awareness of the knowledge related to colonoscopy,improve patients’mood and life quality and their satisfaction with health education.
