小儿包皮环切术患者日间病房管理模式的有效性研究

Study on the Effectiveness of the Management Model of Day Ward in Patients with Pediatric Circumcision

目的:探讨小儿包皮环切术患者实施日间病房管理模式的有效性。方法:选取我院泌尿外科收治的包皮过长或包茎小儿患者218例,按照患儿家属自愿原则分为住院手术组(82例)和日间手术组(136例)。比较2组患儿在住院时间、医疗费用、患儿家属满意度及患儿医疗安全等方面的差异。结果:日间手术组住院天数均为1天,平均医疗费用为(2528.3±225.4)元,住院手术组平均住院天数为(4.5±0.3)天,平均医疗费用为(4869.9±398.6)元,均高于日间手术组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);日间手术组满意度调查为100%,住院手术组满意度调查为96.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组患儿术后随访均无并发症或严重不良事件发生。结论:小儿包皮环切术日间病房管理模式是一种安全、高效的医疗模式,缩短了患儿术前等待时间,减少了患儿住院时间,降低了医疗费用,提高了患儿家属的满意度,对解决看病难、住院难、等待手术时间久等问题具有临床应用价值。

[Objective]To investigate the effectiveness of day ward management in patients undergoing pediatric circumcision.[Method]A total of 218 patients with prepuce or phimosis in our hospital were enrolled in the urology department.According to the voluntary principle of family members,they were divided into hospital operation group(82 cases)and day surgery group(136 cases).Differences in hospitalization time,medical expenses,family satisfaction of children,and medical safety of children were compared between the two groups.[Result]The number of hospital stays in the day surgery group was 1 day,and the average medical cost was 2528.3±225.4 yuan,while the average hospital stay in the inpatient group was 4.5±0.3 days,and the average medical cost was(4869.9±398.6)yuan.Compared with the day surgery group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction score of the day surgery group was 100%,and the satisfaction degree of the hospital operation group was 96.3%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no complications or serious adverse events in two groups.[Conclusion]The pediatric circumcision day ward management mode is a safe and efficient medical model,which shortens the waiting time of children,reduces the hospitalization time of children,reduces medical expenses,and improves the satisfaction of family members.Degree has clinical application value for solving problems such as difficulty in seeing a doctor,difficulty in hospitalization,and waiting for surgery for a long time.
