根因分析法在急诊科护理质量管理中的应用

Application of RCA in Nursing Quality Management in Emergency Department

目的:探讨根因分析法在急诊科护理质量管理中的应用。方法:采用根因分析法对我院2016年2-7月发生的护理风险事件进行回顾性分析,并针对其发生的根本原因制定整改措施,于2016年9月至2017年2月落实整改,比较整改前后护理风险事件的发生率及主动上报率。结果:护理风险事件的发生率由实施前的0.95%降到0.54%(P<0.05);护理风险事件的主动上报率由46.94%提高到89.29%(P<0.05)。结论:根因分析法在急诊科护理质量管理中的有效应用,可以降低护理风险事件的发生率,提高护理风险事件的主动上报率,提高护理质量,保障急诊患者的医疗安全。

[Objective]To explore the application of root cause analysis in ED nursing quality management.[Method]The nursing risk happened in the ED of the maternal and child care service centre of Jiaxing,Zhejiang Province from February to July 2016 were retrospectively analyzed with root cause analysis.Corrective measures were developed aiming the root causes of nursing risk events.From September 2016 to February 2017,the rectification was implemented to compare the incidence of nursing risk events and the rate of active reporting before and after rectification.[Result]The occurance rate of nursing risk events fell to 0.54%from 0.95%;the initiative reporting rate of nursing risk events rose to 89.29%from 46.94%(P<0.05).[Conclusion]Effective application of RCA in ED nursing quality management can reduce the occurance rate and increase the initiative reporting rate of nursing risk events,improve nursing quality,secure the medical safety of emergency patients.
