精细化管理对泌尿外科微创手术配合的临床效果

目的:探讨精细化管理在泌尿外科微创手术配合中的实施及应用。方法:选择2017年6-11月250例为实验组,对其手术配合进行精细化管理;选择2016年12月至2017年5月未进行精细化管理的220例患者作为对照组;比较分析精细化管理对泌尿外科微创手术配合的效率。结果:实验组手术耗材的误拆率为5.2%、实验组器械收费与实际不符合率为6.0%明显低于对照组11.3%、12.7%(P<0.05);实验组器械的完善程度为96.0%、手术医生对手术配合满意度为96.0%明显高于对照组77.3%、86.4%(P<0.05)。结论:精细化管理对泌尿外科微创手术配合起到了规范化作用,有效提高了泌尿外科微创手术配合的效果,促进了手术进程的安全性及时效性。

[Objective]To explore the implementation and application of meticulous management in the cooperation of urology surgery.[Method]250 cases from June 2017 to November 2017 were selected as the experimental group.Their operation matching consumables mistyping rate,instrument charge and actual inconsistency rate,instrument perfection degree,and doctor satisfaction were meticulously managed.220 cases without meticulous management from December 2016 to May 2017 were selected as the control group.Efficiency of urology surgery between two groups were compared and analyzed.[Result]In the experimental group,the mistakenly beating rate of surgical consumables was 5.2%,and the rate of inconsistency between charges and actual equipment was 6.0%,which was significantly lower than 11.3%and 12.7%in the control group(P<0.05).In the experimental group,the degree of improvement of instruments was 96%,and the satisfaction of surgeons with surgical cooperation was 96%,which was significantly higher than 77.3%and 86.4%in the control group(P<0.05).[Conclusion]Meticulous management plays a standardized role in the cooperation of urology surgery,and effectively improves the completeness rate of specialist surgery,promotes the safety and effectiveness of the operation process,and significantly improves the operation efficiency.Promote the safety and timeliness of the surgical process.
