摘要
为了探索研究贵州省"双师型"教师队伍的发展新途径,在正确认识"双师型"教师含义的基础上,考虑到目前我国的高职院校在"双师型"教师队伍的建设上均存在有不同程度的问题,以贵州省高职教师队伍为研究对象,通过对其现状进行分析得出相应问题,提出从经费支持、评价制度明确和培训制度完善方面作为贵州省"双师型"高职教师队伍发展的新途径。
In order to explore the new approaches of developing the double-role teachers’team in Guizhou Province, the fact that there are different problems of developing double-role teachers’team in Chinese vocational colleges currently needs to be concerned on the basis of correct understanding of the meaning of the definition of double-role teachers. Taking higher vocational teachers in Guizhou Province as the research object, this paper proposes some new approaches of the doulble-role teachers’team’s development such as financial support, clear evaluation system and completing training systems.
