摘要
工学结合一体化教学是目前技工院校积极探索的教学模式。教师的素质直接影响教学改革和高技能人才培养目标的实现。本文介绍了工学结合一体化教师的概念与能力要求,并从教师角色定位和教学实施两方面讨论探讨如何做好工学结合一体化教师。
In recent years, work-integrated learning is a new teaching mode explored in technical schools. The qualities of teachers have an direct impact on the goals of teaching reform and high skilled person training. This paper describes the concept and capacity requirements for work-integrated learning teachers, and discusses two aspects of teachers’role orientation and the implementation of teaching.
