摘要
铁路机务段电力机车试验与运行时电机窜油情况比较严重,造成齿轮箱润滑油在较短时间内流失;以及牵引电动机电枢轴承由于负荷较大发生故障,电枢轴承故障极易造成电枢卡死、轮对卡滞。针对两种故障案例进行深入比较分析,找出了两种故障产生原因,提出在检修运用中相应的解决对策,希望能对牵引电机运用的可靠性和安全性起到积极作用。
Railway locomotives electric locomotive's oil pumping situation is serious when running or operated, resulting in the loss of gear lubricating oil in relatively short time and traction motor armature bearing failure because of its high load. The armature bearing fault can easily lead to armature jammed, the wheels' binding. In view of two kinds of fault cases, in- depth comparative analysis is made, finding out the two kinds of fault causes. And put forward the corresponding countermeasuresin the maintenance use. Hope this method can play an active role in reliability and security used by the traction motor.
