教师队伍的双师型建设是关系到学生专业技能水平提升的重要举措。鸡西市职业教育中心针对旅游服务与管理专业的专业课教师存在的专业技能方面问题进行分析和解决,探索出适合旅游服务与管理专业课教师双师型改进的措施,并付诸实施,取得显著效果。对其他中职学校教师双师型建设有借鉴意义。

The construction of double- professional teachers team is an important measure to improve the level of students' professional skills. Our Jixi Vocational Education Center tries to analyze and solve the problem of the lack of professional skills among the professional teachers,especially for those professional teachers in tourism service and management major. Explore and practice a suitable measure for our tourism service and management major courses teachers to improve the construction of the double- professional teachers. And it has achieved remarkable results, which has a reference for the construction of double- professional teachers in other secondary vocational schools.
