哲学视角下高职院校学生就业困境对策分析

Analysis on the Countermeasures of the Students' Employment Dilemma in Higher Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of Philosophy

本文在深入分析影响当前高职院校学生就业的各种因素的基础上,分别从国家宏观政策、高职院校自身教育教学改革、学生自身等方面探究了破解当前高职学生就业困境的途径,对于当前高职院校面对日趋激烈的就业形势,利用外部有利优势和自身的内部优势进一步搞好学生就业工作,提升就业质量具有一定的启示意义。

Based on the analysis of various factors that affect the employment of students in higher vocational colleges,this paper explores the ways of solving the problem of the employment dilemma of higher vocational students,separately from the national macro policies,teaching reform in higher vocational college,students themselves,and so on. For that the current higher vocational colleges are facing increasingly fierce employment situation,further improve the students' employment by using both the external and internal advantages,which has certain enlightenment significance to improve the quality of employment.
