建筑法规是国家法律体系的重要组成部分,直接体现国家组织、管理、协调城市建设、乡村建设、工程建设、市政公用事业等各项建筑活动的方针、政策和基本原则。它覆盖到建筑活动的各个行业、领域及工程建设的全过程,保护合法的建筑活动行为,限制非法的建筑活动,制约着在建筑行业中从业人员的行为,使我国的建筑活动在政府、行业主管部门的管理下科学有序地进行。

Building regulations is an important part of the national legal system,which reflects the principles,policies and basic principles of the national organization, management, coordination of urban construction, rural construction, engineering construction,municipal utilities and other construction activities. It covers the whole process of construction activities,and the whole process of engineering construction,to protect the legal construction activity,and to restrict illegal construction activities,which restrict the behavior of employees in the construction industry.
