Employment is vital to peoples ' livelihood. The employment of college students touches hundreds of millions of families' hearts and therefore is one of the hot topics in China. This article will attempt to discover the reasons of the difficulty of hunting jobs for college students and put forward some reasonable suggestions according to this phenomenon in order to promote the employment of college students.
