2014年9月,李克强总理在夏季达沃斯论坛上发出"大众创业、万众创新"的号召。面对全球经济与互联网的快速发展,诸多高校向创业型大学发展,以培养具有创业、创新理念的人才为目标,鼓励在校大学生利用所学知识、身边资源组织创业团队,建造创业基地,以此促进就业。
In September 2014,prime minister Li Keqiang issued the call 'public entrepreneurship,and peoples innovation'at the summer Davos Forum. Facing the rapid development of the global economy and the Internet,many colleges and universities have developed to the entrepreneurial university,aiming with cultivating talents with entrepreneurial and innovative ideas.Encourage college students to organize entrepreneurial teams using knowledge and resources around,and construct entrepreneurial bases to promote employment.
