知识管理在高职院校教师教学中的应用研究——以安徽广播影视职业技术学院为例

Study on the Application of Knowledge Management in Teaching in Higher Vocational Colleges——Taking Anhui Broadcasting and Television College as an Example

"知识管理"在高校教育中的研究和应用仍十分滞后。本文尝试从"过程观"视角入手,着力探究知识管理在高职院校中的实际应用情况,研究知识处理过程中的各个环节。经研究发现,知识管理在高职院校中有所应用,但存在一定的限制因素,且并不单纯是技术层面上的障碍。因此,高职院校知识管理应当首先解决如何促进教师分享知识并确保其效果。

The research and application of 'Knowledge Management(KM)' in higher vocational education are still backward.The paper concentrates on 'KM process' in colleges,and explores the application of KM in higher vocational colleges. Research each link in the process of knowledge processing. The study finds that KM is applied in higher vocational colleges,but there are some limiting factors,which is not purely technical barriers. Therefore,KM in higher vocational colleges should first solve how to promote teachers to share knowledge and ensure its effect.
