摘要
解决学生学困问题是技工教育工作者面临的重要挑战。学校层面上应采取的对策是:学校管理模式要适应学生的特点,学校教育目标要符合中职生的现状等来解决这一问题。
To solve the problem of students' learning difficulties is an important challenge faced by the educators of technical education. The countermeasures adopted in school level should is that school management pattern should adapt to the students' characteristics and school education targets should comply with the present situation of secondary vocational students.
