美国DQP学历框架中国化的探索与实践——以广东岭南职业技术学院工商企业管理专业为例

高职人才培养模式的改革与创新是当前高等教育研究的一个重大课题。世界各国的职业教育都处在不断改革与创新的过程中,涌现出了许多特色鲜明的人才培养模式,其中有些很值得我们思考与借鉴。在国家鼓励借鉴国际经验开展人才培养模式改革与创新的背景下,岭南学院在参考美国学历资格轮廓基础上,结合国情和高等职业教育的实际情况,进行了DQP学历框架中国化实践的积极探索,制定了一套基于实现高等职业教育人才培养目标的人才培养框架,并经过实践,认为可有效解决高等职业教育在专业人才培养模式改革中迫切需要解决的部分问题,现将所取得的成效予以总结,提供借鉴。

The reform and innovation of higher vocational talents cultivating mode is a major issue in the current research of higher education. In the process of reform and innovation of vocational education in the world,there are many distinctive talents cultivating modes,and some of which are worthy of thinking and learning by us. In the background of using international experience for reference to carry out reform and innovation of talents cultivating mode,Lingnan Institute of Technology begins to explore the practice of the sinicization of DQP qualifications framework of USA and formulates a set of talents cultivating framework,based on achieving the talents cultivating target of higher vocational education,which has been practiced. And it may can effectively solve some problems of the higher vocational education. Now the achieved results can be concluded to provide reference.
