以工作过程为导向的工程招投标与合同管理课程教学模式研究与实践

Teaching Model Research and Practice of Project Bidding and Contract Management Course with Working Process as Orientation

目前,建筑工程造价专业市场竞争越来越激烈,对该专业毕业生的工程招投标和合同管理的能力要求越来越高。工程招投标与合同管理课程是建筑工程造价专业的基础课程,具有较强的实践性和应用性,但当前工程招投标与合同管理课程的教学存在很多问题,因此,以工作过程为导向进行教学改革迫在眉睫。本文首先概述了以工作过程为导向课程的基本内涵,阐明了工程招投标与合同管理的关系,通过分析当前工程招投标与合同管理课程教学模式的现状,进而有针对性地提出了以工作过程为导向的进行工程招投标与合同管理课程教学改革的新思路。

At present,the market of construction engineering cost major faces increasingly fierce competition which results in higher demand for the graduates ' ability of project bidding and contract management major. Project bidding and contract management course with strong practicality and applicability is the basic course of construction engineering cost major. However,there are many problems in the current teaching. Therefore,the teaching reform with working process as orientation is imminent.This paper summarizes the basic connotation of the course with working process as orientation and clarifies the relationship between project bidding and contract management. Through the analysis of current situation of the teaching model,this paper puts forward new solutions to reform the teaching with working process as orientation of project bidding and contract management.
