摘要
职业院校体育运动训练竞赛中经常会出现运动性疲劳,严重影响着运动员能力水平的发挥。因此,正确把握体育运动训练竞赛中的疲劳类型及其解决对策,成为体育训练者急需解决的一项任务。文章基于运动性疲劳的性质,从生理性疲劳、心理性疲劳、病理性疲劳三方面分析了体育运动训练竞赛中的疲劳类型,在此基础上,从调整好作息时间、饮食、心理恢复等方面来探索了体育运动训练性疲劳恢复的策略。
Sports fatigue often occurs in vocational colleges sports training and competition,which has a serious impact on the ability level of athletes. Therefore,the correct grasp of the types of fatigue in sports training and competition and countermeasures becomes a task that needs to be solved by sports training persons. Based on the exercise fatigue property,from the physical fatigue,mental fatigue,pathological fatigue,analyze the fatigue type in sports training and competition. On the basis of this,from the adjustment of work and rest time,diet,psychological recovery and other aspects,explore the countermeasures of fatigue recovery in sports training.
