自推行2008淸单计价模式以来,我国的工程领域有了较大的发展,不管是在施工管理方面,还是在施工技术方面,都有了很大的进步。要进一步推动我工程领域的发展,就必须改进工程清单计价模式。我们主要从2013新清单的适用范围、物价变化合同价款调整方法、过程结算、风险责任、赶工和误期补偿这五方面与旧版清单进行比较,凸显2013新清单的优点。

Since the implementation of the 2008 list valuation mode,our country has made great progress in the field of engineering. We have made great progress whether in construction management,or in the construction technology. To further promote the development of the field of engineering,we must improve the list valuation mode. This paper highlights the advantages of the 2013 new list compared with the old version of the list for these five aspects: the 2013 new list'applicable scope,price change in the contract price adjustment method and settlement of process,risk responsibility,deadlines and delay compensation.
