摘要
加强图书馆管理,即是强化对知识的管理和共享,从而丰富资源,为学习和教学提供方便。知识管理在图书馆管理中具有深刻的内涵和重要的意义,因而提高管理能力,调整结构以适应管理形势很有必要。本文简要分析了图书馆管理存在的问题,有针对性地探讨了知识管理在图书管理中的实践应用方法。
Strengthen the library management that is to strengthen the management and sharing of knowledge,so as to enrich the resources,and provide convenient for study and teaching,which is conducive to the development of education. Knowledge management in library management has a profound connotation and important significance. Thus improving the management ability,and adjusting the structure to adapt to the management situation is very necessary. This paper analyzes the problems of library management,and discusses the practical application ways of knowledge management in library management.
