Present Situation of Environmental Adaptation Ability of Higher Vocational Poverty Freshmen and the Countermeasures and Suggestions

环境适应能力是高职院校新生进入大学所面临的第一个坎。贫困新生虽然有同等的机会进入高职院校就读大学,但由于家庭和经济的现实状况使他们背负更多的压力和期望,导致他们入学时在专业、学习、生活、人际关系等方面适应过程中出现问题。作为高职院校教育工作者,我们有义务为他们创造有利的条件,引导他们尽快地适应新环境,融入新生活。

Environmental adaptability is the first threshold when higher vocational freshmen entering colleges. Although poverty freshmen have equal chance to enter higher vocational colleges,the family and economic reality let them bear more pressure and expectation. This causes that they have problems appearing in the process of adaptation as freshmen in the aspects of majors,learning,life,and human relations. As higher vocational education workers we have an obligation to create favorable conditions for them,and guide them to adapt to the new environment as soon as possible,and go into a new life.
