旅游服务与管理专业作为鸡西中职学校的龙头专业,从服务于鸡西地区旅游业发展的宗旨出发,紧紧围绕鸡西地区生态养生旅游这一新兴产业发展的实际需要,为适应不断壮大的旅游企业对一线服务人才的需求,在教学模式上进行了一些改革,本文主要从指导思想和目标、具体措施以及如何创新等几个方面进行阐述。

For adapting to the requirements of growing tourism enterprises in Jixi on first- line service talents,tourism service and management major is the leading major of Jixi secondary vocational schools,starting out from the purpose of serving the development of the tourism in Jixi,closely going round the real situation of the rising industry development of ecological tourism.The teaching mode must be reformed. This paper mainly elaborates from the guiding ideology,objectives,construction ideas and innovation points of the teaching mode reform.
