摘要 目的:建立高效液相色谱法(HPLC)直接测定各类食品中吊白块的特异性,准确度高的方法,以保证人体健康。方法:在酸性溶液中,食品中残留的甲醛次硫酸氢钠分解释放出甲醛和亚硫酸盐,甲醛与2,4-二硝基苯肼发生加成反应生成黄色产物,该产物在HPLC上用乙腈与水做流动相,通过C18柱分离,利用紫外检测器,在365nm波长下测定。结果:其产物有很高的响应值,其色谱峰面积与吊白块的含量呈正相关,r=0.9998,线性范围为0~52μg,回收率94.0%~100.5%,RSD=2.6%。结论:该方法特异性强,准确度高,重复性好,线性关系好,适用于多种食品中添加吊白块的检测。 Objective: Establish a method with high specificity and accuracy for the direct determination of sodium sulfoxylate formaldehyde in foods by high performance liquid chromatography( HPLC),in order to keep people's health. Methods: The sample was analyzed to sulfur dioxide and formaldehyde under acidic conditions. Formaldehyde and 2,4- Dinitrophenyl hydrazine produce a yellow substance. The product in HPLC by water and acetonitrile mobile phase,was separated by C18 column,using UV detection. The absorbance was determined by pararosaniline hydrochloride colorimetric at 365 nm. Results: The products have a high response value. And the chromatographic peak area was positively correlated with the content of sulfoxylate,r = 0. 9998;and linear range was 0 ~ 52μg; recovery is 94. 0% ~ 100. 5%; and RSD = 2. 6%. Conclusions: This method has a strong specificity,high accuracy,good repeatability,and good linear relationship,which is suitable for determination of most kinds of foods with sodium sulfoxylate formaldehyde.
