摘要
高职教育的发展目标是"以服务为宗旨,以就业为导向,以能力为本位"。本文以对行业企业的人才需求调查为起点,针对职业院校专业课程的改革,主要从推行以就业为导向的项目化课程改革中存在的问题入手分析,并提出对策及建议。
The development goal of higher vocational education is 'taking service as the aim,employment as orientation and competency as development'. Starting from the investigation of talent demand of industries and enterprises,the paper analyzes some problems in project- oriented curriculum reform with employment as orientation in vocational colleges and puts forward suggestions.
