高职院校推行二级管理是新时期高职院校管理体制改革的举措。相对于一级管理和三级管理,校—系二级管理比较适合当前大多数高职院校的实际情况。二级管理主要包括学术管理、人事管理、教学管理、财务管理等。

The implementation of the two level management in higher vocational colleges is the measure of the reform of the management system of higher vocational colleges in the new period. Compared with one level management and three level management,the school-department two level management is more suitable for the actual situation of the current majority of higher vocational colleges. The content of the two level management mainly includes the reforms of academic management,personnel management,teaching management,financial management and other aspects.
