摘要
破窗效应是解决事物发展的外在问题或者缺陷,所以制度是谨防破窗危害的保障。而管理的过程是精神和情感交流的过程,如果要从根本上预防问题(破窗)的产生,德育是根本。所以以《弟子规》为德育的范本,通过《弟子规》来修补学生的思想破窗。为更好执行制度,着力培养学生的自主管理能力,达到学生的自治,通过对学生的不断教育和纠错,使学生将学校的规章制度内化为学生的日常行为。
The broken window effect is to solve the external problems of the development of things or shortcomings,so systems are the guarantee of being aware of the broken window harm. Management process is the communication process of spirit and emotion. If one wants to prevent problems from happening,moral education is fundamental. So with disciple gauge as model for moral education,use disciple gauge to repair students' broken window of thought. For better implementation of the system,focus on the cultivation of the students self-management ability,to meet students' self-government. Through the continuing education and correction to students,enable students to internalize the rules and regulations of schools as students' daily behavior.
