校内经营职场背景下的高职保险实务专业人才培养模式研究——以辽宁交专保险实务专业为例

A Study on the Training Mode of Higher Vocational Insurance Practice in the Background of Managing Job Market in School——Taking Insurance Practice Major in Liaoning Provincial College of Communications for Example

目前,高职保险实务专业人才培养模式无法满足保险行业人才需求。文章分析了传统保险专业人才培养存在的问题,提出了校内经营职场背景下的人才培养思路,对人才培养方案、课程体系设置和教学方法、实践教学与师资队伍建设提出了建议。

At present,the talents training mode of insurance practice major in higher vocational colleges can not meet the talents needs of insurance industry. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the cultivation of talents of traditional insurance industry and puts forward the ideas of talents training in the background of managing job market in school. And based on this,the paper puts forward suggestions on the training scheme,curriculum system setting,teaching methods,practice teaching and the construction of the teaching team.
