摘要
正规的4S专卖店应该具有整车销售、配件供应、维修服务、技术咨询等功能,为客户提供完善的服务。我国汽车4S店存在的主要问题是,服务理念落后、营销手段单一、营销队伍专业化程度较低、服务流程不能令人特别满意等等。
The regular 4S shops should have the functions of vehicle sales,spare parts supply,maintenance services,technical advice and so on,so as to provide customers with perfect service. The main problems existing in automobile 4S stores in our country are the backward idea,the single marketing method,the low degree of specialization of marketing team and the unsatisfying service flow.
