“产教融合订单式”人才培养模式探索

Exploration on Order-orientated Talents Cultivation Mode Based on Integration of Production and Teaching

本文从传统的"订单式"人才培养模式的障碍出发,提出"产教融合订单式"人才培养模式的概念,列举了"产教融合订单式"人才培养模式具有的校企双方共同设计人才规格、共育人才、订单期短等特点。最后,本文指出了"产教融合订单式"人才培养模式在促进实践教学、解决"双师型"教师缺乏、避免诚信陷阱等方面的优势。

In view of the barriers in the traditional talents cultivation mode,this paper proposes the concept of order- orientated talents cultivation mode based on integration of production and teaching. This new mode has the following characteristics: talent standard jointly designed by school and enterprise,talent co- cultivation by both sides and short cultivation period. Finally,this paper lists the advantages of the new mode: promoting practical teaching,overcoming the lack of double- qualified teachers and avoiding honesty traps.
