高校行政管理保密工作不容忽视

On That Confidential Work of Administrative Management in Colleges and Universities Should not Be Ignored

高校是国家事业单位的特殊一环,伴随学校校务公开、信息公开工作的深入推进,高校行政管理中保密工作面临管理人员保密意识淡薄、文件等内部资料管理松懈、网络管理不到位、忽视对外交流与合作带来的保密新问题等严峻的局面。本文针对当前高校保密工作现状和高校保密工作的难点、重点进行分析,并提出了几点建议和意见。

Colleges and universities is one of the special parts of national institutional organization. With the promotion of the administrative affairs and information disclosure work in colleges and universities, the confidential work in colleges and universities is faced with many problems,such as administrator's lack of confidential consciousness,lax internal file information management,imperfect network management,ignorance of confidential new problems brought by exchange and cooperation with outside. This paper analyzes according to the present situation,difficulties and key points of confidential work in colleges and universities,and puts forward some advices and suggestions for it.
