As the time progresses,cooperative learning is becoming more and more important. Cooperative learning is an essential learning style of modern people. To the western culinary specialty with strong operability,the cultivation of cooperative learning ability is particularly important. Combined with the needs of the western food industry for cooperative talents,starting from practice class,this paper discusses the application of cooperative learning in western culinary practical teaching.
