创新技能教学方法 提升技能大赛水平——以钳工技能大赛训练教学为例

On Innovation of Skills Teaching Methods to Enhance the Level of Skills Competition——Taking a Fitter Skills Contest as an Example of Training Teaching

根据技能教学的特点,以我校钳工技能大赛训练教学为例,对教学案例设计创新所涉及到的内容,教学组织创新所涉及到的学生选拔、教练团队组建、计划制定,教学过程创新所涉及到的基本功训练、赛前模拟、体能与心理素养训练等几方面进行了阐述。实践证明,创新技能教学方法,收到了良好的教学效果。

According to the characteristics of skills teaching,taking skills competition training teaching in my school as an example,what the teaching case design innovation involves; students selection,coach team formation,and plan formulation that teaching organization innovation involves; basic training,pre- simulation,physical and psychological quality training and other aspects that innovative teaching process involves are illustrated. Practice states that innovation of skills teaching methods achieves good teaching effect.
