摘要
高职院校的顶岗实习是实践教学的重要环节,在人才培养过程中起着重要作用,其中加强顶岗实习管理是提高实习效果的关键。该文以山东轻工职业学院学生顶岗实习管理为例进行研究分析,通过分析实习中存在的问题,探索实施顶岗实习课程化建设与管理的方法。
The internship in higher vocational colleges is an important step of the practical teaching,and it plays an important role in the process of talents training. The key of improving the effect of internship is strengthening the management of internship. This article makes analysis with the example of the management of students 'internship in Shandong Vocational College of Light Industry. By analyzing the problems in the practice,explore the implementation methods of internship course- oriented construction and management.
