高校职业指导工作现状及改进举措

On the Current Situation and Improvement Measures of Vocational Guidance Work in Universities

现阶段我国高校职业指导工作仍然存在诸多问题,例如职业指导内涵缺失、职业指导工作重视不够、职业指导队伍综合素质不高以及缺乏个性化的职业指导等。新形势下推动高校职业指导工作的有效举措有:加强高校职业指导教师专业化队伍建设、实施公共性和个性化的职业指导、加大创业教育指导与宣传、加强校企合作。

There are still many problems in vocational guidance work at this stage in universities,such as missing the connotation of vocational guidance,insufficient attention to vocational guidance,the overall low quality of vocational guidance team and the lack of personalized vocational guidance. Effective measures to promote vocational guidance in universities under the new situation are: strengthening the building of professional team,carrying out public and personalized vocational guidance,and strengthening entrepreneurship education guidance and publicity,and school- enterprise cooperation.
