试论高职院校班主任如何做好学生管理工作

On How the Head Teachers to Make a Good Job of Student Management in Higher Vocational Colleges

在高职院校中,班主任是学生教育工作和日常管理工作的主要组织者和实施者,因此高职院校班主任如何做好学生管理工作,对于高职教育的良性发展以及学生全面健康成长而言,有着极为重要的作用和意义。本文结合笔者工作实际,就高职院校班主任学生管理工作浅谈几点体会,望能为班主任工作提供一点思考。

In higher vocational colleges,the head teacher is the main organizer and the implementer of the students' education work and daily management work. Therefore,how the head teacher in a higher vocational college to make a good job of student management,is of vital function and significance for the healthy development of the higher vocational education and the comprehensive healthy growth of students. Based on the actual work of the author,this paper gives some reflections on the student management in higher vocational colleges,which is expected to provide some thoughts for the work of head teachers.
