Financial Factor Research on the Insufficient Affordable Housing Supply

"住房难"已成为我国当前"新三大民生问题"之一,中央已把加快推动保障性安居工程建设作为构建和谐社会,实现经济社会包容性增长的重要任务。文章分析了保障性住房融资现状,重点从政府性融资渠道、政策性融资渠道、商业性融资渠道分析我国保障性住房融资受阻的深层次原因,试图从完善保障性住房融资结构视角提出突破资金瓶颈的长效机制。

'Housing is difficult'has become one of the 'new three livelihood issues'in China. The central government sees accelerating the promotion of affordable housing construction as an important task of building a harmonious society,and achieving inclusive growth of economic society. This paper analyzes the status quo of affordable housing financing,and focuses on the analysis of the deep reasons of blocked financing of affordable housing from governmental financing,policy financing,and commercial financing channels,trying to put forward long- term mechanism from the perspective of perfecting the financing structure of affordable housing.
