关于高职院校辅导员队伍职业化建设的思考

只有具备专业职业技能的高职院校辅导员才能为学生提供有实效的、个性化的指导与服务,这就对高职院校辅导员的职业素质及其队伍职业化建设提出了更高的要求。本文从高职院校辅导员队伍职业化建设的重要性入手,思考提出若干加强职业化建设的措施,以期对高职院校有一定的参考作用。

Only the higher vocational counselors with professional vocational skills can provide students with effective and personalized guidance and service, which puts forward higher demand for professional quality and the professionalization construction of the counselor team in higher vocational colleges. This paper starts with the importance of the professionalization construction of the counselor team in higher vocational colleges,and puts forward some measures to strengthen professionalization construction,so as to provide a certain degree of reference for higher vocational colleges.
