轧钢工艺与设备关联性实践教学探索 被引量:2

摘要 《轧钢设备》及《轧钢工艺》教学质量的保证对培养优秀的未来轧钢生产技术工程师十分关键,尤其是其中的实践性教学环节。这两门课程相互依存度高,实践性教学内容需彼此呼应。以认识实习和生产实习为基础,《轧钢设备》开展了新的在轧钢车间的现场教学模式并指导学生完成多种先进工艺对应轧钢机主体结构设计及模型制作,《轧钢工艺》利用轧钢机进行了多项教学实验,内容涉及板材生产、型材生产和管材生产工艺。 It is important for training excellent engineers who will work in steel rolling factory in the future to ensure the teaching quality of Rolling Equipment and Rolling Technology,especially about the practical teaching link in the two courses. Because there is close relationship between the two lessons,the content of practical teaching in these two lessens needs to act in cooperation with each other. On the basis of cognition practice and production practice,a new method of teaching which teachers give lessons in rolling mills has been done about the lesson of Rolling Equipment,and the design of the major structure of advanced rolling equipment and production of the rolling mill models are completed under the teachers 'instruction. A lot of teaching experiments which concern about technology of plate,section and tube about the lesson of Rolling Technology have been finished with the assist of rolling mills.
