摘要 高等职业教育人才培养目标是为社会和企业培养"技术型"、"应用型"和"实用型"相结合的"高技能人才"。在人才培养方式上必然兼顾文化知识学习、实践技能培养以及核心技能提升三条路径共通,其中实践技能的培养最直接的方式一般是通过校企合作的方式来解决。常州轻工职业技术学院艺术设计系在实践教学环节中注重点滴积累和创新,以阶段化、递进式、密对接、重反馈的软着陆式引入企业实际项目,收到了良好的效果。 The goal of higher vocational education is to cultivate'high- skilled talents'of'technical type','applied type'and'practical type'for society and enterprise. The study of cultural knowledge,the cultivation of practical skill and the promotion of core skill form the cultivating method,which must be carried out together. The most direct way of practical skill cultivation is solved by the school- enterprise cooperation. The practical teaching of the Department of Art and Design in Changzhou Vocational Institute of Light Industry focuses on the accumulation and innovation,and receives good results by introducing cooperative projects in the periodical,progressive,connecting closely and taking feedback way.
