浅谈高职院校班级文化构建

On the Construction of Class Culture in Higher Vocational Colleges

班级文化是校园文化组成部分,积极健康的班级文化对于构建校园文化具有很重要的意义。本文在分析班级文化的内涵的基础上,提出了构建班级文化需注意的几个问题,并提出构建班级文化的几点策略。

Class culture is a part of campus culture,and positive and healthy class culture has the very vital significance for constructing campus culture. In this paper,on the basis of the analysis of the connotation of class culture,put forward several problems that should pay attention to in constructing class culture,and give several strategies to construct class culture.
