摘要
中国已经进入老龄化社会,老年人口众多,养老压力日益增大,养老服务领域急需大量老年护理人才。然而,有研究显示,超过半数的高等院校护理毕业生不愿从事老年护理工作。当前制约我国养老护理员队伍建设的因素包括工资待遇达不到预期,社会认可度不高,员工学历低,培训难度大,缺乏养老护理员的职业化发展规划,难以吸引年轻的劳动力从事养老护理行业。加快养老护理队伍建设的对策包括强化物质激励,提升社会认同,提供养老机构人员在职培训。养老护理人才的培养,应该予以政策"护理"与"护航",养老服务行业的发展,需要公共部门的"制度补血"。
China has entered the aging society. There is a large elderly population. So the pressure of aged care is increasing. The nursing assistants are urgent in the field of pension. However,study has shown that more than half of the nursing graduates in colleges and universities are not willing to engage in the elderly nursing care. The factors that restrict the construction of nursing assistant team in China include the following: that the salary does not achieve the expected result and the social recognition is not high; the staff's educational background is low and the training is very difficult; the professional development planning of nursing assistant is lack. So that it is difficult to attract young people engaged in elderly nursing care industry. The strategies to accelerate the construction of nursing assistant team include strengthening the material incentive,elevating the social recognition and providing the in- service training for the nursing assistant. The training of nursing assistant talents should rely on policies. The development of elderly nursing care service industry needs 'policy enriching blood'by the public sectors.
