摘要
随着旅游业的日益发展,社会对旅游高等人才的需求逐渐增长,而现今旅游高等教育的人才培养模式却与企业需求脱节,使得人才缺口不断扩大。本文通过对瑞士洛桑酒店管理学院(EHL)发展脉络及培养模式的分析,发现"洛桑模式"其实是一种"产学研"结合的人才培养模式,其特点在于分类教育、针对培养、产学结合、资格把控和关系覆盖,模式对我国旅游高等教育人才培养的目标确立、课程设置及实习制度的完善具有借鉴意义。
With the development of tourism industry,the social demand for higher talents of tourism is increasing gradually. But the talent training mode of current tourism higher education is irrelevant to the needs of enterprises,which makes the talent gap be larger. Through the analysis of development and training mode of Ecole Hoteliere Lausanne(EHL),this article finds that'lausanne mode'is actually a kind of the combination of'production,learning and researching',and the characteristics of the talent training mode is classified education,targeted training,the combination of production and learning,and qualified control and cover relation. The mode has reference significance for the establishment of goals,curriculum arrangement,and the improvement of the practice system of tourism higher education talent training in China.
