韩国影视制作模式对我国职教专业人才培养的借鉴研究

The Reference Research on Cultivating the Professional Talents in Chinese Vocational Education by Learning from the Production Mode of Korean Drama

近年来,韩国影视文化产业快速发展,在业界收获了良好的口碑和赞誉,其工业化运作的影视制作模式和人才培养机制是支撑这一奇迹出现的坚实基础。人口仅5000多万的韩国,每年电视剧拍摄量就多达120余部,且不乏优秀之作,这便是对韩国影视文化产业工业化运作的最好诠释。我国影视文化产业与韩国具有相近的文化体系,通过学习、吸收、创新其工业化运作模式,可以为我国职教影视动画专业人才培养提供全新的借鉴模式。

In recent years,Korean film culture has developed rapidly and won a good reputation. The industrialized production mode of film and talents cultivating system is a solid foundation of the miracle. Its population is about 50 million. But there are about 120 TV series every year in Korea,and there are successful works. This is the best interpretation for Korean industrialized production mode of film. The Chinese film culture industry has a similar culture system as that in Korea. It can provide a good reference mode for cultivating professional talents in Chinese vocational education by learning,absorbing and innovating the industrialized production mode of Korean drama.
