摘要
目的:了解高校女生体型认知的状况,研究体型认知与心理健康的关系。方法:使用文献资料法,抽样调查法,数理统计法进行研究。结果:(一)47.9%被试存在体型认知偏差,29%的被试存在心理健康不同等级的问题。其中心理问题与体型认知同时存在的被试占19.2%。(二)体型认知有偏差与体型认知无偏差的被试在心理健康状况上存在差异。(三)体型认知有无偏差在神经症方面存在差异,而在抑郁方面无明显差异。结论:不正确的体型认知影响女大学生心理健康,研究结果对女大学生心理健康以及体型认知的正确塑造具有现实意义。
Objective:Understand the status of the girls' body shape cognition in colleges to study the relationship between body shape cognition and mental health. Method:The literature material method,sampling survey method,mathematical statistics method were used. Results:(1) there were 47. 9% participants having cognitive biases,and 29% of subjects had different levels of mental health problems. There were 19. 2% participants having both problems.(2) The sizes of cognitive biases and cognitive subjects without deviation are different in mental health status.(3) The sizes of cognitive presence of deviation in neurosis status have differences,and no obvious difference in depression. Conclusion:Incorrect shape cognition affects female college students' mental health,and the results of the study have a realistic significance for the cognition of female college students' mental health and right formation of body shape.
