幼儿师范高等专科学校实训教学中应注意的问题及相关建议

The Problems in the Practice Teaching of Kindergarten Teacher's Colleges and Some Suggestions

实训教学是学前教育专业课的重要组成部分。本文基于相关课题研究,总结出幼儿师范高等专科学校实训教学中应注意的问题:1.转变观念,以实用性、应用型人才培养观为引领,开展课堂实训教学;2.加大实训室、实习基地建设力度,为实训教学开展提供丰富的物质条件;3.完善学前教育专业实训评估体系建设,量化考核学生的从业技能,最大限度地实现实训教学的经济性和有效性。同时,结合研究成果提出相关建议,以期为同类研究提供借鉴。

Practical teaching is an important part of pre-school education. Based on the research of relevant subjects,this paper summarizes the problems in the practice teaching of kindergarten teachers' colleges:1. Change the concept,and use the idea of practical,and applied talents cultivation to carry out practice teaching; 2. Strengthen the construction degree of practice room and practice base,and provide rich material condition for practice teaching; 3. To improve the construction of pre-school education profession training assessment system to quantify the assessment of students' skills in business,and to maximize the economy and effectiveness of training teaching. And at the same time,put forward relevant suggestions in the light of the research results so as to provide reference for the similar research.
