酒店服务礼仪是酒店行业从业人员的基本素质要求,为此各高校酒店管理专业均开设酒店服务礼仪课程。一方面提高学生职业素养,另一方面有益于学生外在形象和内在修养的塑造与提升。本课程具有很强的实践性和规范性,对课程进行内容丰富有趣的设计,同时创新教学方法,可达到激发学生学习兴趣,从而加强课堂教学有效性的效果。并对培养学生的职业综合素养、服务意识和专业技能均有突出意义。
Hotel service etiquette is the basic quality requirement of the hotel industry professionals,therefore hotel management specialty courses in colleges and universities have hotel service etiquette courses. On the one hand,it is to improve students' professional quality; on the other hand,it is beneficial to students' external image and internal cultivation. This course has strong practical and normative characteristics. Give the course content rich interesting design,and innovate teaching methods at the same time,to stimulate students' interest in learning,and to strengthen the effect of classroom teaching effectiveness.
