中职生职业生涯规划教学探讨

Discussion on Career Planning Teaching of Secondary Vocational Students

面对年龄尚小、思想不成熟的中职学生,职业生涯规划显得越来越重要。如何在中职生职业规划教学中激发学生的学习兴趣,帮助学生正确认识自我,确立生涯目标,制定阶梯发展措施,有效提升课程的教学效果,一直是笔者思考与探讨的课题。文中提出职业生涯规划教学要用具有应用性和实践性的教学内容,灵活性、多样性的教学方法唤醒与激发学生的学习内动力,达到事半功倍的教学效果。

In the face of secondary vocational students who are young and have immature ideas,career planning is more and more important. How to stimulate the students' learning interest in the secondary vocational career planning teaching,help students to know themselves correctly,establish the career goals,formulate tiered development measures,and improve teaching effect effectively,is always a problem which I think about and discuss. This paper puts forward that the content of career planning education should be applied and practical,and the methods of teaching should be flexible and diversified to arouse and stimulate students' learning motivation,to achieve a better teaching effect.
