Developing Occupational Education by Enhancing the Participation of Enterprises

作为职业教育,其实质是为满足从事一定社会生产劳动的需要而开展的一种教育活动。企业对拥有相关技能人才的需求,自然成为职业教育的开展方向。能否明确职业教育"出口"方向,实现与企业在人才需求方面的对接,成为职业院校办学效果的重要指标之一。如何实现企校合作,更有针对性的为社会、企业提供相关技能的人才成为职业教育专家们近年来深入研究的问题,本文针对在近几年来逐步实现校企合作方面的相关方法与经验进行探讨。

Occupational education,its nature is an educational activity to satisfy the requirements generated when engaged in certain socially productive activities.Enterprises' demand for skilled talents has naturally become the direction of development of occupational education.One of the most significant indexes in evaluating education efficiency of occupational colleges is to clarify the 'exit'direction of occupational education,which facilitates the abutment with enterprises in talents demand.One issue which has been intensively studied recently by specialists in occupational education is how to actualize college-enterprise cooperation and provide skilled talents for business enterprises and society pointedly.This paper discusses methods and experience in gradually realizing college-enterprise cooperation in recent years.
