摘要
肾髓袢升支粗段(thick ascending limb,TAL)对Na Cl的主动重吸收是髓质渗透梯度建立的直接动力,在尿液浓缩和稀释方面发挥重要作用。髓袢升支粗段钾通道在该段肾小管对Na Cl主动重吸收过程中扮演重要角色,而TNF-α可对髓袢升支粗段钾通道的活性进行调节,进而影响Na Cl的转运。
The active reabsorption for sodium chloride of thick ascending limb is the direct power of medullary osmotic gradient.It plays an important role in the urine concentration and dilution.The potassium channels in the thick ascending limb are important for reabsorption of sodium chloride.While tumor necrosis factor-α can regulate the activity of potassium channels and then influence the transport of sodium chloride.
