Teachers are the factors that affect the level of higher vocational education and the promotion of educational reform.'Made in China 2025'opened China's new industrialization reform age. Whether higher vocational education can seize this opportunity,for the transformation and upgrading of China's industrial economy to provide a large number of high-quality technical talents,mainly lies in the construction of teachers' team in higher vocational colleges.
